Chinese Visitors to Atwell College
On March 5th a group of Chinese students from the Cheng Du province visited our school as part of a tour after having won a competition on how they see themselves in Perth.
A group of Year 9 AEP students were their buddies for the day, showing them around Atwell College, joining in a Science class with Ms Yu and a Woodwork class with Mr Spencer.
Within minutes of session 5 completion, the Chinese students had sent Twitter messages back to their friends in China of how great their experience at Atwell College was.
This is important to our school as our English as Second Language program grows and attracts students from all over the world in the coming years.
