Atwell College Chess Club

Miss Yu and Ms Potter and our wonderful library staff, are pleased to announce that the chess club is up and running for 2014 and is back in the library.

The club is open to all members of the school community and is being organised four days per week, Monday through to and including Thursday.

Chess is a wonderful way to increase concentration and aptitude, developing skills to out manoeuvre opponents. As well as chess, students are welcome to come in and read, play other board games and even complete research.

We look forward to seeing the students at lunch time.
