Netball Enrichment Program (NEP)
This term has been extremely proactive and busy for the NEP girls; with competitions, assessments, starting new projects, and of course developing new skills. I am very pleased to announce that our Year 8, 9 & 10 'A' teams all progressed through to the next stage of competition from either winning or coming second in their pools. We have the Year 8's playing Frederick Irwin, the Year 9's playing Mandurah Catholic College, and the Year 10's playing Melville SHS. The College and community wishes the girls the best of luck competing against these schools.
The theory side to the program is also steaming ahead with our Year 10's planning and developing a promotional video for the community. The girls are extremely passionate about this project and I am so proud of them all in regards to their maturity, commitment and organisation. I cannot wait to show everyone the finished product.
Lastly, any student is interested in trialling for the NEP program should download the application form and hand it in to Ms McKinnon in the Phys-Ed office. Trials for the 2015 Year 8 squad are on Friday 5th September, 2014.
