Netball Enrichment Program (NEP) News
This term sees the girls going into their competition phase of the program. On Friday 9th May the Year 9's and 10's travelled to Kingsway Sporting Complex to compete in the North High School Cup. With the weather not on our side throughout the day, the girls pushed through and represented the program and College brilliantly. Congratulations to our Year 10 'A' team for finishing top of their zone and progressing onto the next stage of the competition. We wish them the best of luck.
Results:
- Year 9 'B' team - 5th in their zone
- Year 9 'A' team - 2nd in their zone
- Year 10 'B' team - 5th in their zone
- Year 10 'A' team - 1st in their zone
Week 3 also saw the Year 10's represent the College in the School Sport Zone Carnival. After only the weekends rest from the High School Cup the girls performed to their very best and showed significant improvements from last year. I congratulate all girls involved on their on-court demeanour and consistent representation of the College
